They blew it sky high for us trying to have breakfast - we waited 15 minutes and then we're told they were short servers, only 2 available, they had more greeters than servers. We wasted so much time we won't make that mistake of staying there as nice as the hotel was. Big bucks, big disappointment.
Amazing food, amazing views and an amazing oyster bar. Truly a perfect place to enjoy delicious food at its best. Thank you Finn.
The service was some of the worst I’ve ever received. It took 20 min to be greeted, another 10 to receive our mimosas, our order came out incorrect, the bill was wrong- charging us for more food than we ordered, the server was extremely rude and never apologized. On the bright side, the food was good and you can’t beat the views.
Ok Full disclosure We never got far enough to try the food Waited 5 minutes for the HOSTESS! Who seemed a little stressed despite the lack of customers Waited a few minutes to have her check to see if we could sit on the deck The wait to sit on the deck was 10-15 minutes based on lack of staff In desperation, we asked to sit at the bar Waited 5 minutes for ANYONE to serve us Finally just left I remember the old Finn and Porter which we avoided due to bad service/food.
