People that have looked into doing business with this place or have family members that have are giving negative reviews because the owner is a pompous jerk that’ll laugh in your face at you for asking questions about things you’re obviously unsure of. According to the reviews he apparently has a habit and history of doing it to other customers too! Good luck with that type of attitude, potential customer or not you never know who can refer you. Reputation as a kind, understanding establishment and owner matters
