I would give infinity gold stars if I could! I LOVE Finley's Service Center! I've had their wonderful genuine heart-felt care since 1998! Mark, Cliff, Bonnie, Christina, Larry, Bruce, Andy, Tommy, Philip and Jacob are the most stellar personable professionals in every way ever! I highly recommend them over any other mechanics I have ever met or done business with! You can trust Finley's to give you the best of everything in every situation!
I brought in my car to get some work done, they told me 75 for an estimate but it wound up taking them longer (2 hours, 135 an hour), the man kept his word though and gave me a discount, keeping the price at the previously stated 75 and I appreciated that a lot.
Sent the wife to get the car inspected here, they failed it for smokey headlights, a dim 3rd break light, and a rusty rear rotor, I'm not upset that they failed it, I'm upset that they attempted to charge her OVER A THOUSAND dollars to "repair" and on top of that the individual I spoke with on the phone about this stated several times that I could go somewhere else and I should brush up on the laws, terrible customer service and a price gouging place on top of it all, take the gentleman's advice and my own, go somewhere else... read more
