My experience was horrible, this lady, one never introduced herself, was concentrating on her laptop, two, only played with her magnet, and any professional appraisers know not to just rely on just her magnet, three, was not polite at all, four, couldn't be bothered to even look at the coins I presented, and I show her only a few of many that I had brought with me, after 5 minutes of this unprofessional encounter I didn't take out any other coins out. For me this person seemed very unprofessional and rude.
Great experience with Finley's !! I sold my jewellery, silver and gold coins and received the best offer. The process was easy and very professional. I definitely recommend them!
Not impressed. We arrived at our 3 pm appointment time....appraiser was cordial.....showed her a gold ring and gold necklace....as we had weighed both, looked up the current spot price online, we had a good idea of what they were worth. The appraiser offered us $700 for the items that were worth between $1,000 - $1,100. Then, we gave her a bag of silver.....she looked through a few items, didn't make any offers, suggested we list these items individually on Marketplace or on Etsy. Certainly a fair price; very good at communiucating various values of various items; professional while also very pleasant, making this a positive experience. I've forwarded to friends who also might be interested.
Very friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Did not rush us and were very patient with all our questions. We would highly recommend their services.
