On one of the worst days for our family losing our loved lab you guys were AMAZING! The compassion and care you both had was paramount in such a heart-breaking time, we appreciate every step and patience you had while we fell apart, the care even after the fact was beautiful, thank you, from all our family including our other two labs!
I give you 1 star sorry it should be no stars, only because we thank you for the no charge for the visit but not much was done. You wanted to do blood work on my furry when he was in a full blown auto immune failure and we informed you of his issues and what was happening to him but I guess you chose not to believe us. Had us go in waste time with him in pain and distressed when we could of taken him to the emergency vets. Which we did and they listened and guess what he has his meds and is recoverying very nicely.
