This is the worst business that I have ever dealt with! I deal with a lot of contractors and have for over 30 years. It is a shame, Finley Gutter used to be a reputable company. For what ever reason, Ron Finley appears to be running his family's business into the ground! I first requested that Mr. Ron Finley of Finley Gutter service place one section of gutter on the side of our roof when he put the gutters on our garage (three years ago this fall).
