Don’t bother if you want good service and a good product. I ordered a sympathy bunch for my family to be delivered to the funeral home. I live in Canada, so was hoping for communication via email. After I ordered the flowers I sent an email to confirm, no response. My wedding was a disappointment. Karen did not want to help out at all on the day and disinterested. I had filled in the paperwork. She didn’t want to deliver the flowers around to the different sites. Orchards incorrect colour as well as the plinths. Dead flowers on the wedding cake
