We were at a wedding reception when we visited Finley Creek Vinyards. The reception hall was very nice as were the outdoor facilities. I also liked the location. Not too far from Indianapolis, where the wedding ceremony was held. And not too far from home, which is Lafayette in our case.
Went to a wedding reception here, last night. The venue was beautiful, wait staff was nice, bartenders were a 1/10! Not friendly, not thankful(I always thank people for a tip. I tipped 4X for 4 beers, and never did they thank me and at least the grumpy man saw me 3 of those times). Never said a kind word, like thank you or enjoy. Thats easy to say. As a wedding photographer, I really liked this venue! The outdoor photo options are great. The landscaping is well done and kept nice. The ceremony and reception spots are great as well! The staff was great and its very elegant with a touch of rustic charm without being too in-your-face. Love the vineyard aspect as well! Gives you lots of variety in your wedding photos!
