Russ goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. He is very communicative about what is going on. He runs an honest business and prices things fairly. He has done quality work on my home that other people blew me off on. I have had zero issues with him on payment, speed and quality of work, communication, etc. I very strongly recommend Russ if you have work you need done.

Russ is super friendly! He communicated well, did good work, and even did a couple of things extra for us that he didn't have to do, but offered to do anyways to help out. Would strongly recommend if you need a handyman in the southern il area!
I contacted Russ in February and paid $500 down for numerous small repairs I needed done before listing my home. 2 months later he had barely touched the work and had numerous no-shows. He repeatedly told me the work would be done “tomorrow,” but tomorrow never came (at least 6 times he told me this and didn’t show up). I had to fire him and have the work completed by someone else so I could sell the house. He asked for my new address in April to forward me a refund. It’s now August.
