We made an initial appt with Mr. Beard and was not told until the end of the consultation that he was retiring but he could recommend someone. I feel this was very deceitful and only a ploy to get his fee. We should have been told at the first call that he was retiring and would not be able to take on new clients. This way we could have found a lawyer that actually would be helping us. Instead we are out of that fee. Plus the info was not helpful at all.
