I left a message for them to call me back about my wife’s past surgery and her problems. They never returned the call worst secretaries I’ve ever run into if you can call them that he really doesn’t deserve a one star rating. Worst gastrologist I’ve ever seen.
This doctor and staff deserves less than a 1 star rating. They constantly fail to answer the phone, fail to return phone calls, and fail to refill prescriptions. They are both lazy and incompetent. This doctor failed to run the proper tests on me. He failed to take the extra steps to help me. He failed to listen to the pain I was suffering from which turned out to be pancreatic cancer I now have. This doctor is worthless!!!
I don't care what anyone says about him he is a better doctor than any other doctor I have ever seen and I don't care if anyone of y'all like him or not he has the experience to treat people he helps me and your opinion is your opinion but my opinion is that he is a great doctor and I love him like a brother because he did what any other doctor did for me so thank you doctor Finlay for being a great doctor and friend to me. The procedure went smooth. The staff kept me informed of the what was going on. Very friendly and professional. There were no delays The doctor was on time
Least compassionate, rude provider I have ever seen. Ignored serious health concerns. Multiple other providers saw what he ignored. Also, gave a diagnosis of a chronic disease with expensive medicines, found out definitively, years later, I never had it. Staff refuses to release records when requested, with signed releases.
Dr. Finlay and staff are exceptional! He is attentive and provides excellent care. Look no further for premier GI care.
Don’t go to him…go to anyone BUT this doctor!!! He (and his staff) are AWFUL!!! Make your health your number one priority, and go to Dr. Alfred McNair, or any other professional in the Digestive Specialist practice. I promise you will get better care from compassionate doctors who are knowledgeable, experienced, and value their patients. Please, please spare yourself…learn from my experiences.
