Worst service on the phone I called three times , everyone asking me to call again and press a different extension I guess they are just passing to each other but no one to help , last call I did and the lady was very rude and asking me to call again and put extension that I already called before , then I said I already called them they asked me to press extension 4 then she goes like oh sorry I need to help other line and put me on hold ????? They care about their community.
They pick and chose who they're nice to here! Someone was returning a lip balm and they were treated like a valued customer. I on the other hand, spent over $40 and was barely acknowledged. Just a weird environment! If they didn't have the products I wanted I just wouldn't set foot in here! Like ever!
I used to love Finlandia, and left a five star review a year ago. Have to revise way down. Staff used to be lovely and helpful, unfortunately not my experience today. Previously known as an excellent homeopathic dispensary, they did not have what I needed, seemed disinterested in ordering it for me, said it “may” come in but no idea when or even if. How is that helpful to a loyal customer looking for a product??? Come on Finlandia! Do better! Sadly I found the remedy on Amazon, arriving tonight. Not what I wanted.
