The customer service couldn’t be worst. It’s obvious that they label and judge people based off appearance. My specific experience was that they leaned more to service White People before even looking towards me and my Black friend. It’s obvious that they try to drown their reviews with 5 star reviews to make sure reviews like this don’t get paid attention to. As a long time lover of mechanical watches, I was truly excited to get a chance to shop for brands are hard to find in stores that were only at Finks. I regret even suggesting to my friends to come to this store! After being asked if I wanted a beverage, my best friend and I were IGNORED by the staff for the entire time we were looking. It really was like they didn't even want us in their store. This was the most racist store I’ve ever encountered. They dismissed my husband and one lady pretended to dust a display case to act busy. We were waiting to be seems for 15 minutes and no one even engaged with him so we left. We will never support this establishment and encourage everyone to do the same
I had the pleasure of being helped by Irina, she was very patient, courteous, understanding, and helped me feel confident with my purchase.
