Most accommodating people ever!
The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude every time I spoke to her over the phone. The first day I assumed she was just having a bad day. I guess she has nothing but bad days. When I attempted to read the release form for my recovered stolen car, she was even more rude. I explained to her that if I’m signing something, I’m going to make sure I read it first. Apparently that annoyed and upset her and she made sure I knew it. Never do business with this company if you can avoid it
This company is a straight rip-off they charged me $250 to tow my car 19 miles..... I tried to negotiate the price, and the driver stated that once we get the call there's nothing we can do ....I called AAA before that state trooper notified these jokers and AAA never came out .....so now I'm stuck with a $250 tow and they demanded cash which no one carries anymore
