We've trusted this company for the 7+ years we've lived in our home. However, we had the water tested today and our reverse osmosis water is testing 5 times over the standard limit of 50, which was actually WORSE than our well water. Turns out while they come out and change the filters, they never changed the membrane, rendering the RO system useless. They don't know why we "fell through the cracks", despite us paying them for 7 years to maintain the system for us. Switching immediately to a reputable and dependable company.... read more
