This is the best lawyer I have ever come across. He cares about his clients and I know I can count on him. No matter how busy he is. Thank you Mr. Finkelstien!
Best lawyer in Albany by far. I worked for Brother Jones so I know that.
He accepts money for areas he does not specializes in, allows his client to lose things such as money, house with no mortgage that was gifted, child support orders that are calculated wrong and not requesting things that are necessary. Allowing the defendant to get more than they are allowed by law. Billing when not one thing has completed. Did not even show up court on Monday when he was just hired on Friday. Don't use him 2000 retainer and nothing done but wants more money.

If you like to feel unimportant and a waste of your PAID attorneys time- he's your guy. He'll talk to you like you are a waste of his time, he's extremely rude, he will role his eyes at you if you don't understand his "legal jargon". He's unprofessional and doesn't give a hoot about you or your money or your feelings. This guy is an A$$HOLE to his clients. He canceled, rescheduled or showed up late every court date.
