The customer service at this office is absolutely terrible. If you question how they do something they call you out or hang up on you. I went to see Emily in July and a medication that she prescribed needed approval from the insurance and when l called to see if it had been approved they told me to call the insurance company. I did and the insurance company was going to call the office and fax the information that the doctor's office needed to get the pre approval. Dr Finkel and his staff are all so helpful and sweet. I can't recommend them any higher than five stars! Love this office!
It wasn't the doctors I have a problem with. It's the billing department. First off they said they didn't accept my insurance when they do. I spent an hour outside of the office in my car with United Health Care and the billing department. Then I was told they accept it. Which I knew they did. I went back in to see if the doctor could see me. They were able to. I offered to pay my copay. The doctor said no we're not accepting it. We're sorry for your inconvenience. I'll probably get a phone call from them after this but if you don't mind, please don't. Started seeing this office in late May, early June of 2024 for a rash. A biopsy later revealed it was Psoriasis. Ok, you're a specialist in dermatology, how did you not know it was psoriasis? benefit of the doubt, I'll let it go. I'm not a doctor, ill trust the professional. After the results came back and around the 3rd visit, I still haven't been prescribed any medication but was asked to take a tuberculosis test.......
