The Doctors here are great, knowledgeable, highly recommended, and treat patients kindly and with respect. However, what really saddened me was at my latest visit was the Hispanic Front-Desk staff with the Glasses. It was very unprofessional the way she spoke to the patients. On the telephone she was fuming-angry at Patients, raised her voice at them, and hung up the phone angrily. In the office, she raised her voice at patients, was argumentative, and overall a nasty attitude. Sad to hear and see. Just unprofessional 100%
Office staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr S Najjar couldn’t be more knowledgeable. He really listens to you and does his best to get to the root of your problem. I give this office a solid 10!
