I was in the waiting room with my friend who was there to see Dr. Joe Najjar. I was blown away how the girl at the front desk i believe her name is Christina was talking horribly about patients. She was making fun of them...I was so uncomfortable being there and another patient waiting was not happy about it too. She has a nasty attitude and mouth! Dr. Sessine Najjar needs to re-evaluate his staff members because the image of his office is also a reflection on him. He will lose patients because how certain staff members treat the patients. I find myself in awkward position while sitting in the waiting room for an appointment as I hear vulgar out bursts from the front desk receptionist and also the nurse Angela in the infusion center is absolutely rude obnoxious and condescending to the patients and to myself, a family member waiting. The Doctors here are great, knowledgeable, highly recommended, and treat patients kindly and with respect. However, what really saddened me was at my latest visit was the Hispanic Front-Desk staff with the Glasses. It was very unprofessional the way she spoke to the patients. On the telephone she was fuming-angry at Patients, raised her voice at them, and hung up the phone angrily. In the office, she raised her voice at patients, was argumentative, and overall a nasty attitude. Sad to hear and see. Just unprofessional 100%
