Patient treatment is appalling. It is difficult to schedule an appointment because the phone number reaches a call center, not the office directly. So I made an appointment in person with Alaina at the front desk in the office. I was given an appointment date 8 days in advance with Dr. Baffour, and provided an appointment card. 8 days later, I showed up for my 3:40 appointment at 3:25, and was told there was no record of my appointment in the computer. I am so pleased with the care I receive at Fink Family Medical . Dr. Mary Korpacz Fink and Dr. Leo Fink are the most caring, thorough and knowledge doctors that I have ever been to. Their medical and clerical staff are also the best.
