His office reminds you of the old time Doctor's office where staff don't ignore you but treat you like a person with respect unlike most offices today. The Doctors don't rush in and out on you, they explain everything and encourage questions, you have a feeling that they have a real concern about your health.
gave me the wrong appointment time on the reminder call, OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE and will not bill auto insurance if you are in a car accident. They can now stick it to someone else to pay for their stupid marble floors in the old MBNA building.
