Lived here in the early 80s - my first out of high school place - very cool lil 1br with vaulted ceiling and a view of the bay - learned to play guitar while living here from a neighbor and remained friends until his passing last year. HOA on a power trip. If I could have given no stars I would. The HOA has had people who have tried to beautify the patios. Remove all their stuff. And has threatened to throw away their stuff if it is not on the little bitty patio given to the people who stay here. So in my opinion this place is not family friendly. Or a good place to live because people want to run around and tell you how to live your life

I was renting a condo there and it’s so so so sad that a place with such potential is run by people who don’t like people and want to make their lives miserable. HOA is not there to help or make your experience better they are there to spread rumors and always come up with more stupid rules that they don’t even follow.
