This company is going to make false promises to hook you in. Anyone who expects to be told the truth, and be respected by this company better read all the complaints through the Better Business Bureau. We were told 1 charge was for the entire service provided, I called and got all the statements and amounts due from the IRS before I hired them. I thought I had signed up with Optima Tax, but learned after I talked to my tax accountant that I did not need to pay them 1900.00. That's when I found out that I was switched to Finishline. They took my 320.00 deposit on 3/22/24 . A day later I called and emailed them to cancel my services. I've been calling them for weeks now trying to get my refund. Horrible experience. When they needed my information and money I was getting calls daily. Soon as I paid I didn’t receive a call in mon (over 5 months). I had to consistently call to get updates they never really gave updates on there portal. Once they did call me back they said there was nothing they could do. Basically paid them $2000 for nothing. Felt like I got robbed on a big scam.
