This business is legit! Thank you so much BIll for repairing our rig! We had a slide mount break away from the slide and Bill answered the call after hours. We dropped off our rig the next day and he not only fixed it, but improved the support by using better bolts to ensure it would last (was unfortunately surprised at what the actual Cruiser RV Corp was allowing the manufacturing line to use to cut costs....pretty said Cruiser Corp). I would leave zero stars if possible. I was recommended this company by my insurance because I was told they would come to my storage unit to do the repair. I contacted Bill on June 30th and had to contact him 3 more times over the next month and a half only to be gas lit and told they would only do the work if I brought the rv to them. Bill was unprofessional, rude, and tried to blame me for being too busy to fix my rv. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for even the simplest repair.

We experienced an incident with our RV on Memorial Day. Although the shop was closed, Bill kindly made arrangements for our class C on that day. Everyone who assisted us demonstrated excellent communication and offered the most competitive pricing possible for the necessary parts. It is truly remarkable to find such service nowadays. Should we encounter any further issues with our RV, we will certainly bring it there.

I was looking for an alternative to the dealer since my camper is just out of the factory warranty and a co-worker recommended Charles at Finishline RV & Fleet. I contacted him and was able to drop off the next day. My repairs were completed within a week. These guys do great work and are much quicker than the dealer. I will continue to use them on all future repairs. Bottom line if you are covered under factory warranty, take it to the dealer. All other repairs take to Finishline RV & Fleet.
