Literally threw keys at a woman and told her to "take it somewhere else!" ...she just asked when they would get an estimate after their vehicle had been there a week. I sure don't want to put myself in that situation to be so disrespected. We'll go back to Shade Tree. They do great work and are super respectful and kind.

I have lived in Grimes for 25 years and these are the only people I will take my vehicles to when I need an honest assessment of what needs to be done. Even with my vehicles on warranty through the dealer, I get my second, honest opinion from Finish Line. I recently had an oil change and I tried to fill out a survey request that Carfax would feature, but the idiots behind Carfax IT did not accept my gmail address. This is the only place to take your vehicles. Consistent and accommodating.
