Worst place to go don't waste your time, my husband's car has been there for over a month and half now for a repair on the front bumper from hitting deer, everytime he calls about the status of his car he gets nowhere, he has now had to pay money out of his own pocket for a rental because his rental period from his insurance has expired. And he can never get a hold of Brooke's.

Don’t recommend. My fiancée went here to get his car fix after a fender bender. Had to wait several hours for the one guy who does estimates to come. After a few hours he was told to come back. Even after coming back he had to wait another hour. He was never told his appointment even though the front desk lady rudely informed him she “made him aware”. TLDR: get a credit card reader. It’s 2024, my 1-man mechanic shop has one… I struck a deer on 09/09/2024, The crash did some minor damage to the left front bumper of my vehicle. I called around to different shops in the area and settled on Finish Line Auto Body due to the fact that they help with lowering my deductible. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday Sept. 23rd, 2024, it took approximately 2 weeks to get my car back ( no big deal).
