I had a very disappointing experience with this lawn care company. They stopped servicing my property, claiming I was "a pain"—simply because I expected them to do their job. I asked for basic, reasonable things: to weed eat (a service they were contracted to do), to close my gate so my dogs wouldn’t get out—which they failed to do, resulting in my dogs escaping—to overlap their mowing to avoid "mohawk" strips of uncut grass, and to repair a brick walkway they damaged.
