Had them refinish a old piece and it fell apart with in a year was told the don t stay together for ever. The price I was given to fix it at first was not what charged when finished. BEWAREL

I strongly recommend The Finishing Room. Chip is a perfectionist and the final product proves that. He refinished a bed headboard and my dining room table and both look better than new. He returned my calls promptly and was very timely.

The Finishing Rooms owner provided us with a verbal quote and refused to give a written quote. There was no paper trail whatsoever. We had to insist on a written receipt of payment. Accessibility is extremely poor. The owner rarely answers his shop phone or his cell phone and does not return calls promptly. In many cases, it took days to reach him. Quality of work was poor.
