I am very dissapointed with the quality and customer service provided by Finishing Concepts. They framed a piece for me that had sentimental value and it wasn't even close to what I had requested. There is no fixing what they've done. It's junk now. I had asked to work with Steve, since he's the person I had done work with previously and they told me that he wasn't working there anymore. I framed a work for an exhibition remotely. I found out through the exhibition view that they didn’t frame the way we agreed on. I contacted them and they ghosted me.
Steve and his team are great guys and do top-notch work. They may not be the cheapest option in Los Angeles, but you'll never have to worry about quality with Finishing Concepts. Highly recommended!
