They advertise, I called 6 times ( I know right ), talked to Kim ( secretary or receptionist ). Ted has never returned. Or followed up. Don't waste your time like I did

They did a wonderful job, the pool looks great, and the price was less than several others. The job took a little longer than anticipated due to weather, but they stayed in touch. We would recommend Finishing by Theodore to friends and family.
For 2 and a half months, I made appointment after appointment to have them repair some pool coping at a client's house. It was no show after no show without even a phone call to cancel. I was in contact with Theodore directly and on the final phone call he promised me he himself, with his crew would be out the following day. Again, another no show, no phone call and wouldn't answer my calls either. So unless you want to waste your time, I would not recommend even calling this company.
Had pool redone after 22 years had 3 estimates this was best by thousands and more options highly recommend nice doing business with a gentleman who only wants a handshake until job is done to your satisfaction. Highly recommend
