---UPDATE--- Two years later disappointments continue. The chrome from the shower door knobs started to peel off and I almost cut my finger. I posted two photos of those knobs. A trip to HomeDepot guaranteed. Similar knobs in the other two showers on the upper floors, have been there for more than 10 years and are still like new. Another thing that really got me frustrated, the chrome on the faucet started to bubble (besides the stains that have appeared since day one and are not coming off). They do excellent work, and I’m very pleased at the final results. It only took 2.5 weeks, which was a game changer for us. It’s been six months since the renovation was completed and I haven’t had to worry about anything, which speaks to the high quality, expertise and professionalism of these guys.

I gave into their advertisement and sent an online inquiry. They were quick to get my details the next day and also texted me to confirm my phone number. They asked me to share architect's drawings and city permit via e-mail, which I did promptly. Then they disappeared, all crickets... I followed up via email, heard more crickets. I then followed up one last time via text, more crickets! Looks like they just get your drawings and personal contact info and then disappear! Waste of time.
