---UPDATE 2--- I can't say enough how deeply I regret choosing Finished Basements for our project. The laminate flooring in our basement has become unbearably squeaky. From the start, we were misled and told that a bit of squeaking was 'normal'. Now, after having a reputable contractor assess the issue, we have learned that the installation was poorly done. I initially found this company through it's excellent reviews on Homestars. From the beginning, Joe had been fantastic with communication and going through the entire process. The workers did an amazing job: Yurii, Oleg, Yuri and all the guys. They really did finish the basement within about two weeks and it looks wonderful. ---UPDATE--- Two years later disappointments continue. The chrome from the shower door knobs started to peel off and I almost cut my finger. I posted two photos of those knobs. A trip to HomeDepot guaranteed. Similar knobs in the other two showers on the upper floors, have been there for more than 10 years and are still like new. Another thing that really got me frustrated, the chrome on the faucet started to bubble (besides the stains that have appeared since day one and are not coming off). They do excellent work, and I’m very pleased at the final results. It only took 2.5 weeks, which was a game changer for us. It’s been six months since the renovation was completed and I haven’t had to worry about anything, which speaks to the high quality, expertise and professionalism of these guys.
