What's even more important, they guarantee their work and take care of customers if something isn't right. I have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers, and will continue to. We are thrilled with our completed basement by Finished Basements Plus! We enjoyed working with the owners, Todd and Brian, and their entire team. We decided to pursue finishing our basement after seeing our friend’s basement who used Brian and Todd, and how it could be a tailored space for our growing family. So many great comments about Finished Basements Plus that it’s difficult to point out something others haven’t already mentioned. My basement was finished in early March 2024 (900 sq ft, full bath and bar) and Todd’s team (Mark, Tim, Ed, and others) went out of their way to give me exactly what I was looking for. They remained flexible throughout the construction process and allowed a little wiggle room to make changes while trying to keep the project near budget (we made additions at a fair additional cost) and on time.
