This place is great ! I was able to get into a custom program with them and my overall health and frame of mind has never been better.

Finish Strong is simply an amazing place to work out. Other gyms and studios do not come close to the personal attention, motivation and positive energy from the FS trainers. Classes are small and trainers are invested in your progress and well-being. You laugh as much as you lift and classes fly by. Highly recommended for anyone new to the fitness scene or looking to change up their routine. Cannot say enough good things!!

I started working out at Finish Strong Wellness studio about 9 months ago, from the 1st class they welcomed me with a smile. All trainers are wonderful, super dedicated to their clients, They have a variety of classes. I have gain so much endurance from all my months training with them. I was able to complete Spartan races, 1/2 marathons, also to improved my racing time. I will continue to train with them and let them guide me to be my best and perform my best.
