I have been a member at Finish Strong Athletics for a year now. I never thought I would love working out the way I have come to love it! I started out with the CrossFit Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) and now I also do the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) I never knew that you could get your heart up doing squats and lifting weights. I have had 3 foot surgeries and I was not able to run or do cardio the way I wanted to. But now I can say that I definitely can get my heart rate up and I feel strong

I am SO glad I chose this gym. After trying 5 gyms in Slidell, I found the best one. The people are friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. The facility is spacious and clean. There are plenty of options for your fitness needs.
