I am SO glad I chose this gym. After trying 5 gyms in Slidell, I found the best one. The people are friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. The facility is spacious and clean. There are plenty of options for your fitness needs.

This is the place to go whether you want to become a better athlete, or just starting out. The coaches are amazing! They really take the time to explain everything and watch to make sure your form is correct. The workouts range, so they are never boring. They can also be scaled for any level of fitness if needed. Hands down best gym in Slidell. Yeah, I said it.
