This company is a total scam! It’s been 14 months, and my condo is still a construction zone with no progress and zero communication. What was supposed to be a quick 4-month project has turned into an absolute disaster. They also damaged my expensive items in a room that was going untouched and told to me it would be safe to leave. These photos are how my condo looks after over one year! Avoid at all costs! I wish I did my research before making such a big decision.

DO NOT HIRE — ALEF Construction Group (A-L-E-F) Extremely unprofessional. After receiving payment they became unresponsive, failed to perform contracted work or secure required permits, and subcontractors informed me they were not paid. I have initiated legal action and recommend extreme caution. Verify licensure and references and get everything in writing before doing business with this company.

This company is a complete scam. They take your deposit and then disappear. The owners Eric Appelblom and Richard never answers the phone and when they finally do, they acts offended, start yelling, and then hangs up on you. Because of this, I decided to go to their office in person — and they’re no longer there. The place is completely empty. Avoid this company at all costs. Do NOT send them any money and make sure you do your research before trusting them.

Working with Finish My Condo was the best Experience! Very Professional and listened to everything I asked them in my Unit. But the Best was working with Diego, he is very Talented and Kind. I will Recommend them for your High End Apartment!
