Clean units and nice owner. The fact that the controlled climate spaces had several feet of open space from ceiling between units was not "my" preference. So far he said no issues with it but a mean person can climb from one unit into the other. As with any, they do have security camera and motion detectors and RV parking as well.
Rented for a year, the place was always clean, climate control perfect and no bugs.
Mark worked magic to accommodate my last minute request to store my 40' coach. He was super customer focused and made the rental process easy. The facility was secure yet easy to get the coach in and out. We are leaving Albany otherwise we would have continued to store our coach there. I highly recommend Finish Line Storage
We broke down in Albany running from Orlando to Alabama. Without hesitation we were given a sight unseen code to drop our ride on the lot and told we could take care of business ($$$) at a later time. I wish we had people like Mark at Finish Line close to home. If I lived near his facility I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him on a constant basis. Thanks again Mark for all your help!
I found this storage unit on google maps and decided to check it out. I was able to reserve a unit 100% online and Mark made immediate contact with me. I went the next morning and he had already got me all checked in and had a security code for me. The property is 100% fenced in and the storage rooms are all inside and out of the elements. Very clean and well kept. The best storage unit I have ever had. A very reasonable price too. Hands down. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you, Mark.
