Customer Review: I was thinking about spending my money at this store, so I decided to scan a product I was interested in, as it didn’t have a price tag. Instead of offering assistance, the sales lady rudely told me that I should have asked her for the price. Really? Where’s the customer service here? This is no way to treat customers! It’s not her job to “educate” me, especially not in that tone. If you want to keep customers, I suggest improving both the attitude and the service. I won’t be returning!
The woman working was the nastiest lady in the city. I've dealt with nasty people before and especially at airports but she looked like she was going to jump over the counter and attack me. I just asked her if she knew of there was more coffee down the airport wing. She was too busy listening to music on her headphones to be interrupted with working her job. I asked if she was okay and she proceeded back to listening to music and writing. Unreal.
