Josh and the crew were super helpful with the purchase of my 2014 ram 2500 , sold me a good truck at a good price. Great guys , very personable, not pushy at all. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to nobody there communication is extremely bad with the buyer and with each other I put in a credit app and talked to a worker and and than they acted like i didn’t until found it one says the car is there and than the other one says it’s sold and then the other one says it was sold after they closed and then they told me they had to fix something on the car and it would take a week to fix but the owner is driving it and I waited a week and got no response but I thank god that I didn’t buy... read more
Purchased a truck sight unseen based on photos. There were a few errors but when I brought them up with the owners (Aaron), they were understanding, helpful, and helped remedy the situation. Even though the contract says "As-is" they didn't just brush me off. We all hope for a perfect transaction every time, but when something goes wrong, that is where you see the real character of a company... These guys took care of me and they pass my test. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AWFUL COMMUNICATION IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE I drove 2 hours away said they had the car still when it wasn’t Spoke to them prior coming that morning of , said it was still available … when I show up they tell me it was sold days ago Wasted my time , will make sure people know this place has horrible customer service and no communication between owners
