I bought a 08 ram Cummins from these guys back in February. I knew when buying it a couple of the problems it had and it was higher miles but there were things I was lied to about. They would not budge on the price I paid almost 18, 000 for it. Was told the only problem was the transfer case needed fix and needed tires. Was told it never leaked anything and by the time I got it home the truck had a miss fire, leaked oil, leaked power steering fluid, and raido did not work. Fantastic customer service! Very fair, very thorough, really takes pride in making sure they do a good job. Purchased sight unseen, only saw pictures, drove the truck 4 hours and delivered it to me, and the truck was exactly as advertised
Recently less than a year ago, I bought a truck from them for 24,000 and bought it back to New York to register the vehicle in New York State which I did all that got a New York State title later and everything is great. Come to find out 7months later. The truck Have a Salvage title I reach to the Dealer for help and they say they sold me a car with the a clean title they will not help me just to let everybody know I received a letter from New York State, confirming The truck is a salvage title this is called fraud under Ohi... read more
Josh and the crew were super helpful with the purchase of my 2014 ram 2500 , sold me a good truck at a good price. Great guys , very personable, not pushy at all. Even met the owner and was treated as more of a friend than a customer. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a diesel pickup or a vehicle in general
I wouldnt recommend this dealership to nobody there communication is extremely bad with the buyer and with each other I put in a credit app and talked to a worker and and than they acted like i didn’t until found it one says the car is there and than the other one says it’s sold and then the other one says it was sold after they closed and then they told me they had to fix something on the car and it would take a week to fix but the owner is driving it and I waited a week and got no response but I thank god that I didn’t buy... read more
