Went today 2/5/2026 and it’s probably one of the worst car washes I’ve been to lol I paid for the most expensive wash and I mind as well have gotten the homeless dude on the corner to wash it because the roof of my car seemed like it didn’t even get touched. Visible dirt still there after. My tires were also still dirty. I don’t think there’s a difference between the cheapest and most expensive wash. Also the vacuums are terrible. When I first got there, there was only one worker outside, who only scrubbed 1/2 of my truck. The other worker was nowhere in sight, who was supposed to scrub the other side. Then when I went through the car wash, I accidentally didn’t put it all the way on neutral (I thought I did, but my gearshift got stuck and clicked into drive). They told me to back up, which I did and I then apologized and made sure it was back in neutral. Truly and amazing car wash everyone had amazing customer service and Alfredo helped me out the most never been to a car wash like that so I didn’t know what to do helped me out a lot
Mathew was amazing , super helpful and attentive, I didn’t have my car in neutral and started freaking out , he was able to take control of the situation and got me through safely
