The person who answered the phone was not the friendliest person I've spoken to. When I asked to speak to someone, the man said "there is no one to help you." He then hung up before I got a chance to reply.
"These guys are great! I was stuck out of state when I learned we had a flooded basement. Cloud Nine worked with me to schedule the earliest possible time when I could be there and they had the place cleaned up and ready for next steps quickly and professionally. I wanted a BBB certified Carpet Cleaner so I found Cloud Nine Systems carpet cleaning online so they had the proper credentials and I have to say I was very impressed with their professionalism about carpet cleaning systems. I will recommend them.
