Excellent communication and flexibility. Found the parts & provided selection options. Worked after-hours to confirm the items were reserved for pickup & waiting for me upon arrival. Staff helped me to get everything loaded & back on the road before traffic. Long drive was worth it.
***WARNING**** THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD AND WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY! Called and confirmed transmission was in stock. Ali provided a vin number, great. Ran the vin, says transmission had the amount of miles like what Ali said. Told him we were on our way to come pick it up, he said his parts puller was pulling as we speak. Drove from Sacramento, got there, paid for the transmission, he said 15 minutes cause they have to wash it before we take it home.
