Worst experience ever!!!! Went in to get a pair of shoes for a Christmas present several days ago. The store did not have them but they were able to locate them at another store. We were pumped. We paid cash for the shoes then and there to reserve them. We called the Penn Square branch the next day to arrange pickup as instructed and they proceeded to tell us they didnt have the shoes.
