So I just received an online order that was shipped from your store and this is what I received? I’m confused. How do you ship items without checking the box to ensure that both shoes are in there and the same size? Thats standard procedure. But to add insult to injury I’m being told I have to return the ONE shoe to you first before you will ship out the replacement pair? This wasn’t my error. Unacceptable. $214 for the privilege of a crappy experience.
