I bought my Son Nike Jordans for Christmas at the new store that just opened in the Mall and they were the wrong size. They wouldn't take them back because I didn't have the box, even though I have the receipt. The other shoe stores say they would accept an exchange without a box. Shop at other stores or online they would be sure to do what they can to please their customer. Especially with them being so expensive.
Excellent service! Zack was more than accommodating. He greeted me right when I walked in and hepled me efficiently and with a great attitude! He deserves a raise for sure!

Staff doesnt listen, they gave me shoes that had adhesive amd scuffs on them. Check your stuff
Very good selection. But we went into the store about 3 times because we were looking at other options and couldn’t decide. The last time we walked in both the workers rolled their eyes and you could tell they weren’t happy. I was trying on the shoes I bought and both of the workers were cussing like we were right next to them. They were just rude and unprofessional in general. Other than that it’s a great store.
