Only let 3 people in the store at a time. Staff was incredibly rude. I recommend you shop online - better experience.

Horrible customer service. Sat in the store 15 minutes, 5 employees standing behind the counter - one person working. Walked past us three times and NEVER spoke. We had shoe in hand waiting. Waited on one customer - threw a shoe to another employee and told them to go get shoe - went behind the counter began talking again. Went to the counter to ask for help and was ignored. I told them they had just lost a large sale because they wouldn't wait on us. Only 2 customers in the store - NO excuse whatsoever!!!! I have bought MAN... read more
