Only let 3 people in the store at a time. Staff was incredibly rude. I recommend you shop online - better experience.
Customer service is non existent. 20 minutes wasted trying to buy shoes plus the time standing in line.. #Finishline
Purchased my daughter shoes on August 3rd. She didn't even wear the shoes until August 24th (first day of school). On the 25th she noticed a piece on the bottom was coming unglued. Went to the store to exchange and was told no, you need to contact the the manufacturer. They also said clearly your daughter did something to damage the shoes.
3rd time I’ve had em sell a shoe underneath me calling and putting it on hold. I have to make a decent drive out there and every time I get there, they already sold the shoe I called earlier about and had them PUT ON HOLD

Customer service is terrible. Waiting on the phone line for 15 minutes and they still have not answer the phone.

nope. but hey. we just about to drop little over $500.00 on shoe today. and I seen another costume walk out as well. Will having asthma any daughter as well. they tried to force us to where mask. I told them we will not where mask. and the employee ask if we did have medical conditions. and I look at her. And said that is illegal for you to ask is if we do or don't have medical conditions. so I know you guys just lost over $500.00 from us. and not counting the amount you lost on the other customer that witnessed the situatio... read more
