Edit to say that I got in touch with the manager (Dee) in person and she resolved my issue in just a few minutes and restored my faith in the company. I had bought a pair of Nike AirMax Moc2 shoes in black. I had no issues, until the bubble in one shoe popped. I took the shoes back to the store, as I had Bought them there. Waited 10 minutes for the Female working to assist me. Then, when I described my issue, she said “I don’t know” and walked off. Recommendedwe had to Shoe Carnival first and was treated very poor. i was so upset that I was crying. We then went to Finish Line where we were treated very well and with respect. We were done in 5 minutes. The person that helped us was Candace. She was very sweet and very helpful. We definitely will be back.
