This is the first time I've come across a scam like this. I tried exchanging a pair of shoes and they claim "your original order was complex and included two pairs of shoes due to an error on our part" and "we will be treating this as the return of the second pair and canceling your exchange request". I did not order or receive a second pair of a pair of shoes that did not fit me. These are not honest or serious people, they need to be shut down.
This shoe is amazing comfortable and makes my life one step easier of not having to worry about my toe hurting and everything
