Took my step-son in today. He required extra numbing (I do every time I go in for work anywhere, so I get it), but she didn't even ask him before doing the work. Didn't stop when he said "ow ow ow". Of all the work I've had done over the years at other places, I have 1. Always been asked if I'm completely numb and 2. If I make any noise or uncomfortable face, they always stop to check in to make sure I'm still numb. Apparently everyone was too busy chatting it up to check in on him. Absolutely unprofessional.
