i’m not coming here again, they had me waiting for 20 minutes, and got mad when i had told them before i got seated and after seated if they were busy i could come another time. they charged me 50$ for french tips that they were refusing to do on me because my toe nails were short ? and they came out uneven, and the lady still had the audacity to require me to tip, after making me wait. Customer service was terrible.
I would give no star at all. They conversed amongst themselves in their language while laughing away with facial expressions. I found it rude. I paid $60 for a gel manicure, started peeling off few hours after I got home. Have never had this experience before, for a gel manicure to come right off? I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Yesterday, I had my nail done with Jamie. She’s very professional and detailed orient. The shop just remodel and very clean. Incredible customer services. My votes are 10/10, excellent. We will be back soon for our pedicure and manicure. Thanks Jamie again, soon.
Want to get a wax for my legs. Terrible experience, so painful. Kept using the same wax strip. My eyebrows were also terrible.
