Manicure was horrible. She missed a lot of skin around the cuticle. My gel nails cracked, peeled off right away within the first week I lost one. I try to talk to her about it she said “oh that’s normal in a language I did not understand.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this nail salon. Both my mom and I ended up with nail fungus after getting our nails done here. It’s extremely disappointing and concerning. When we brought it to their attention, they didn’t take it seriously or show any concern for our health or hygiene. It’s clear they are not following proper sanitation practices. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about cleanliness or customer service.
I really wanted to love this salon. Most of the staff is beyond lovely. However, the prices are $10-15 more than other salons and the last three times I have been in I have left with my nails looking terrible. One time it was so bad I had to go back in the next day and have them redone. Flooding the cuticles, polish looks lumpy, misshapen nails and yesterday the technician repaired a broken nail and left clumps of glue and dip clogged in the corner of my nail. Mehhhhh… total waste of money. I won’t be coming back. They couldn’t even apply the color evenly, and they filed my hands and nails way too much—it was rough on my skin, and the result looks terrible. The sides of my fingers were left exposed and not properly polished. Just look at how messy my cuticles turned out. They really need to train their staff better.
I got a dip manicure and a pedicure. They started to do gel instead of dip and I had to correct them. The color he put on wasn't correct but I just lived with it because he'd already had to file of the gel dip. I got it on Monday. Dip should last 3-4 weeks, it chipped on Thursday. I haven't done anything - haven't slammed my finger or done anything crazy. I'm so mad. I can't go in to fix it because I am on vacation and got it for my trip because dip lasts.
