I have to say, they do nice nails but I’m here to complain about one of the workers her name is Coco. She was very rough with my hands. And when I asked her politely if she can carefully watch for my nails (because they are super thin) she aggressively told me “I’m a professional don’t tell me how to do my job.” And then started to speak in her language to her coworker, I didn’t understand. I absolutely love this nail salon. It’s clean, calming(nice music and no tv blaring), everything is new. I only get a gel manicure and pedicure but I love that the ladies are quick to get you seated and ready. In my experience you’re in and out and the nails are done really nicely.
Quality work. Takes 2 hours but impeccable.
I was visiting from Fl and needed to get my nails done. Just happened to come across this salon and now they make me want to fly here once a month to get my nails done. I got a spa pedi and fill in w special gel. The place is immaculate. The massage chairs are amazing. The level of service is exceptional. Quality of products are high. Yuki took great care of me and I wish I could take her and the salon back with me to Florida. Next visit, I will be back for sure. I highly recommend them!
I love them. They are extremely nice. I love how detailed they are and how much they listen and understand detail. Tell them exactly how you like your nails and they will make it happen. They also give massage while getting your nails done.
